We are able support your existing workstation, server and networking equipment at single or multiple sites. Contracts are priced according to your requirements and can be paid for by monthly direct debit. REMOTE SUPPORT and ADMINISTRATION. This is our premium package for small businesses who are unable or unwilling to finance the cost of a full-time IT Support Technician or Network Administrator. It involves the remote administration of your network by trained Enigma staff, coupled with onsite visits to help keep your network in tip-top condition. Consultancy and Training. We currently work for a number of companies in an advisory capacity, in many varied areas of Information Technology. We can also be used as 'an impartial outsider' to sanity check IT projects or potential suppliers claims for the products. Network Design and Implementation. We can aid in or completely lead the development of your IT infrastructure. We have experience in the specification and implementation of single and multi-site voice and data networks. PC Upgrades and Repairs. We provide a wide range PC upgrades and repairs. Maybe you require a larger hard disk but would like to retain your existing data or possibly you would like to view DVD movies on your PC incorporating the latest Dolby Surround Sound. These are just some of the typical upgrade tasks undertaken by Enigma. Bespoke software development. This can incorporate Web, database and multi-user features. Holiday or Sickness coverage. We can usually cover short term staff absences at very short notice.
